One of our own moms, Rosalie Farnsworth, has developed a line of child carseat buckle covers, that prevent burns to the skin of our little ones. Partial thickness (second degree) burns are known to occur when infants’ skin or parents’ fingertips come into contact with the dangerously hot metal of a carseat buckle, when a car has been parked in the daytime sun. Check out her line of covers at where they can be ordered online. This is a simple yet thoughtful product that just makes sense especially for families that live in hot states, like Florida. Good luck Rosalie!
